Transcription & translation:

Take 7 or 8 bees out of a hut alive, steep them in a little drop of beer or wine, and bruise them with a point of a knife then take up the substance with a spoon and let the person swallow, and afterwards drink the wine which will cause a long sleep, and much water (i.e. urine) will follow and give ease.
